  • Short term Therapy usually 6 - 12 weeks. "Behavioural Modification" Short term therapy is ideal for cognitive restructuring (i.e helping clients to connect thoughts and emotions to promote healthy behaviours) £30-£40  Depending on individual circumstance.

  • Mid - Long term TherapyThis level of therapy is for clients who are interested in personal or spiritual growth. This is entirely client lead and is tailored to your specific needs. £30-£40 Depending on individual circumstance.

                         Mindfulness-based Therapy

The primary focus is to improve relational dynamics and communication so that couples or families can enjoy a better quality of life together.   

  •  Family & Couples

£45  each sessions last 1.5 hours
