The method of counselling I offer is designed to facilitate empowering tools and techniques that you can use to create the changes you want to see.

Counselling offers a safe, confidential environment so that you may talk openly about your problems without the fear of being judged or misunderstood. All concerns are dealt with with the utmost sensitivity.

Counselling offers you a unique environment, in that, it is client lead. This means that you will direct the session according to what you feel is most appropriate from week to week. This is a perfect opportunity to develop autonomy if you feel that your life is not self-directed.

I will guide and support you as we explore the root cause of your difficulties. I will also help you to identify your individual way of processing so that you gain the necessary skills to aid further personal development post counselling.
