My work is dedicated to helping people understand themselves more deeply, recover from emotional suffering, and build a life filled with greater peace, meaning, and joy.
Like many of the people I support, I have experienced my own journey through trauma, mental health challenges, and personal transformation. Those experiences became the foundation of my life's purpose: helping others move beyond survival and rediscover hope, happiness, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Perhaps my greatest passion is seeing people experience joy that they never believed was possible because trauma had shaped so much of their lives.

The name Tír na nÓg Therapy – Conscious Centered Living reflects a journey of identity, heritage, and transformation.
I was born in Jamaica and left as a child, later growing up, studying, and building my personal and professional life within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
My heritage reflects both Irish and Jamaican ancestry, and researching my family history deepened my appreciation of both sides of my family and the journeys that shaped them.
The practice itself was established in Northern Ireland and named after my home, Tír na nÓg. In Irish mythology, Tír na nÓg is the Land of Eternal Youth—a place associated with hope, transformation, wisdom, and the search for deeper meaning. The name holds deep personal significance for me, reflecting both my Irish heritage and the values that continue to guide my life's work. Building a trusted private practice in Northern Ireland taught me that meaningful therapeutic relationships are not built on race, gender, nationality, or outward appearance. They are built on trust, empathy, psychological understanding, and genuine human connection. Ultimately, people don't come to therapy because they need someone who looks like them. They come because they want someone who understands their suffering, respects their individuality, and can help them find a way forward.
