At Tír na nÓg Therapy – Conscious Centered Living, Integrative Mindfulness is offered as a psychosocial and holistic therapeutic approach that supports emotional regulation, mental resilience, and self-awareness. This approach is delivered through online therapy, making support accessible, flexible, and confidential wherever you are.
Integrative Mindfulness draws on adapted Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) methods, alongside Mindfulness-based practices, Psychodynamic understanding, and metaphysical perspectives.
These evidence-informed approaches are integrated thoughtfully rather than applied rigidly, allowing therapy to be tailored to each individual’s needs and lived experience.

By combining mindfulness with CBT and DBT-informed techniques, therapy encourages awareness of cognitive distortions, supports clearer decision-making, and helps clients develop personal coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and emotional balance. This integrative framework supports cognitive restructuring while also fostering self-compassion and conscious awareness.
Developing insight into one’s own psychological and emotional patterns can help identify recurring themes in relationships, beliefs, and behaviour. This understanding can offer a practical foundation for navigating future challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and conscious choice.
Mindfulness-based cognitive approaches are widely used within counselling and psychotherapy and may be helpful for a broad range of emotional and life challenges, including stress, anxiety, low mood, anger, grief, panic symptoms, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and periods of existential questioning.
